Returns Policy
We request, you must, without delay, inspect and verify the order you have received. Please contact us immediately if there is an error in order received or any other concern.
If you change your mind and decide to return, You may return most new, unopened items in resalable condition within 10 days of the delivery.
Due to the nature of use of these regulated medical waste management products we can accept returns of unopened, undamaged items with RAN only. Returned products should be in resalable condition.
The following products are Non-Returnable - Bio-hazard/sharps containers PWS-BH-20, PWS-BH-5, Isolyser/SMSm 18G, Isolyser/SMSm 18G, AX275 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant, AX525 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant, all the spill response products and kits, are non-returnable.
There will be 20% restocking fee and also, buyer is responsible for all shipping cost including return shipping cost. Please email us at sales@archtechnochem.com for RAN (Return Authorization Number).
We'll refund full product price, including all shipping cost if and only if, the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item, etc.). The returned items should be in original packing, unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to addresses within 50 states of USA.We DO NOT ship to any P.O. Box addresses. Please contact us through email for any International destinations. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please note that Many of the items are Drop Shipped and the shipping rates depends on the location. Products are drop shipped from manufacturers' facilities. You may find 'Packing List' enclosed in the package from the respective manufacturer.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Items which ships Free are Ground Shipping only.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
