Return Policy FAQ

Q: Can I return the products?

A: We request, you must, without delay, inspect and verify the order you have received. Please contact us immediately if there is an error in order received or any other concern.

If you change your mind and decide to return the product, You may return most new, unopened original packing items in resalable condition within 10 days of the delivery.

Due to the nature of use of all our products, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged items with RAN only. Returned products should be in resalable condition.

The following products are Non-Returnable - Bio-hazard/sharps containers PWS-BH-20, PWS-BH-5, Isolyser/SMSm 18G, Isolyser/SMSm 18G, AX275 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant, AX525 Hypochlorous Acid Disinfectant, all the spill response products and kits, are non-returnable. 

There will be 20% restocking fee and also, buyer is responsible for all shipping cost including return shipping cost. Please email us at for RAN (Return Authorization Number). 

We'll refund full product price, including all shipping cost if and only if, the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect item, etc.). The returned items should be unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Q: What is the procedure for product return?

A: Return Authorization Number (RAN) is must to return product.
Each item must be returned in its original packaging within 10 working days from receipt of the product.
We request you to get RAN from us as per the instructions below.
1) Email us at with complete details of order date, invoice number, product descriptions, reasons for returns, your contact information and request for RAN.
2) We will email you RAN and return shipping label if all the criteria for the returns are matched. 
3) You can obtain RAN from us and use shipper of your choice and/or using your shipping account
4) Please get the print or write RAN clearly on return shipping label or package.

Q: How to return drop shipped order?

A: Upon your request for returns for the drop shipped products, we have to get authorization and a return shipping address from a respective manufacturer to generate Return Authorization Number (RAN) for you. Once we get information, we will email you RAN and a return shipping label or an address if you choose to choose to ship through your choice of shipper or use your shipping account.

Q: Are there any fees for returns?

A: Yes.
There is a 20% restocking fees unless the wrong product has been shipped to you from our warehouse. Customer is also responsible for all the shipping cost.

Please note that there is no cost to you for returns if the wrong product has been shipped to you from our warehouse.

Q: How will I know the amount to be credited back to me?

A: We will send you an email with up front calculations to you for returns.
The total amount = Original Order invoice amount - returned shipping cost - 20% restocking fees
We don't refund shipping cost, unless it is a shipping error at our end.

Q: When will my account be credited?

A: Upon receipt of returned product, we will evaluate the condition of the returned product. Once it is approved for resalable condition, we will credit the amount we have emailed you and authorized by you. The entire procedure may take 5 to 10 business day after receipt of the product at our warehouse. We will update you with the status by an email. Once returns is processed we will email you a credit memo. please keep it for your record.
